Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
What should I do first to prepare for installation?
All we ask is that the area we will be working in, is cleared and we have access to bring the products, tools, etc. You may want to cover certain furniture if required, but we will go through with you about this.
Does your company design the layout of the products?
Where required, we will provide the design of your project.
Do you provide architecture designs?
If these are required, we’d be happy to provide.
How experienced is your company?
We have over 30 years of experience.
What should I expect with your services?
Our initial consultation with you will be to ascertain your requirements. Based on this, we will compile an estimate, terms, etc. Once all is agreed, we will book in a date with approx. time scales.
Can I choose the contractor team for my project?
We currently have two teams, both have ample experience.
How do you define 'construction quality'?
The quality of the product, the manufacture and the installation.
How close do you stay with our budget?
Our estimate, which would have been agreed, will be within the budget. Any circumstances which could possibly arise during the installation, which could change the cost, will have been identified at the begining and you would already been informed.
